Terms of Service
Last updated 4 August 2026
These terms govern your use of ivector.co. By browsing the site, submitting a form, or otherwise interacting with it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. They cover the website itself — paid work is governed by a separate signed agreement, described below.
Use of the website
The site is published for information. You are welcome to read it, share links to it, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades service for other visitors, attempt to gain access to systems or data that are not publicly published, interfere with its operation, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful content.
We do not require an account to use the site, and we do not ask you to create one. If you send us information through a form, you are responsible for it being accurate and for having the right to share it — please do not submit anyone else’s personal information, or confidential material belonging to your employer or a third party, without their permission.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code, diagrams, articles and case studies on this site are owned by ivector or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Client names and logos shown in our work are the property of their respective owners and appear to identify completed engagements, not to imply any endorsement of anything else on this site.
You may quote or cite our articles with clear attribution and a link to the original page. Republishing a piece in full, or reproducing our design or code, requires written permission from us first. AI crawlers and answer engines are a deliberate exception: our robots.txt welcomes them and we publish /llms-full.txt precisely so models can retrieve and cite this material accurately. Reading, retrieving and citing us is welcome — attribution and a link are all we ask. For anything else, ask at info@ivector.co — we usually say yes to reasonable requests.
Engagements are governed separately
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a contract. Every engagement is scoped and quoted individually, and the work itself is governed by a signed agreement covering scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, confidentiality, intellectual-property assignment and liability. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement controls for the work it covers.
Figures published on this site — including project counts, retention, timelines and outcomes described in our case studies — describe past work. They are not a promise of the same result on your project. For how we structure and price work, see pricing and engagement models.
Third-party links and services
We link out to research papers, reports and other sources, and the site loads a small number of third-party services (analytics and tag management, as described in our privacy policy). We do not control third-party sites or services, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or their handling of your data. Following an outbound link means that site’s own terms and privacy policy apply to you there.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We write carefully and cite our sources, but we do not warrant that the content is complete, current or error-free, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that it is fit for any particular purpose. Articles about technology, cost, regulation and market data reflect our reading of the sources at the time of writing; they are not legal, financial, or professional advice, and you should not act on them without advice specific to your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ivector is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
How we handle personal information — what the forms collect, which cookies the site sets, who processes the data, and how to exercise your rights — is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We do not maintain an archive of previous versions; if you need the terms as they stood on a particular date, ask us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Santa Clara County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, and you consent to venue there.
