Privacy Policy

This policy describes what ivector collects when you use ivector.co, why we collect it, who else processes it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We have written it to match what the site actually does rather than to cover every hypothetical, and we update it when the site changes.
Information you give us
We only receive personal information when you choose to send it. There are two ways that happens.
Contact and team inquiry forms
These collect your first and last name, email address, phone number if you enter one, your company, and whatever you write in the message. We use this solely to answer you. Submitting a form sends the details to our team by email and sends you an automatic acknowledgement.
Newsletter
This collects your email address only, and unlike the forms above it is stored on a subscriber list so we can send future updates. You can ask us to remove you at any time and we will.
Information collected automatically
IP address
When you submit a form, our server reads your IP address to limit how many submissions can come from one address per hour, which is how we keep the forms from being abused. It is held briefly in server memory for that check, is not written to a database, is not included in any email, and disappears when the server restarts. Separately, our analytics provider receives your IP address and uses it to approximate your location, as described below.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used. It records page views and a small number of named events: a lead event when a form is submitted, including which form it was, a signup event for the newsletter, and a click event recording which AI assistant you chose if you use the Ask AI feature. We do not send your name, email address or message content to analytics.
Cookies and tracking
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. The site sets the following.

Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device and is not a cookie.
Your choices about cookies
We should be straightforward about this: analytics and attribution cookies are currently set when you arrive, and the site does not yet show a cookie consent banner. None of these cookies are required for the site to work, so you can refuse or remove them without losing any functionality. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, browse in a private window, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also email us and we will exclude you.
Who else processes your information
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. We do rely on service providers who process it on our behalf so the site can function:
- Resend delivers our email and holds the newsletter subscriber list.
- Google provides Tag Manager and Analytics 4.
- HubSpot is our CRM. When you send an inquiry, the contact details and message are recorded there so we can follow up and keep track of the conversation.
- Vercel hosts the site and therefore processes ordinary web request data.
Each of these providers is bound by its own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep things
- Form submissions live in our email as long as we keep the correspondence, which is normally as long as needed to serve you and to keep ordinary business records.
- Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you.
- Attribution cookies expire 90 days after they are set.
- The rate limiting record of your IP address lasts about an hour.
- Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
We do not run a customer database on this website. Apart from the newsletter list, nothing you submit is stored in our own systems beyond the email itself.
Your rights and choices
Whatever jurisdiction you are in, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can unsubscribe from email at any time. Email info@ivector.co and we will handle it. We will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are in California, this includes the rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. As stated above, we do not sell personal information. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, this includes the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This is a business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will remove it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we limit who can reach the inboxes that receive your inquiries. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as passwords or financial account details through a website form.
Changes
If we change how we handle information we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
