Know a team that needs senior engineers?

If a company you know needs software or AI built, or an agency you know has sold more work than it can staff, introduce us. Tell us who they are and what they need. A real person writes to them, says you sent us, and takes it from there.

Make an introductionHow agency partnerships work

Who to introduce. Three kinds of team.

The introductions we can do the most with. If someone does not fit neatly, introduce them anyway and say why.

An agency with more work than engineers

A US software, product or design studio that has quoted work it cannot staff. We supply a named senior engineer or a two-person pod, white-label by default, starting with a fixed-price pilot task.

How agency partnerships work

A company that needs software or AI built

A product to build, an AI feature to ship to production, a platform that needs rescuing. Founders and product leads who need a senior team without hiring one.

What we build

A California company facing the ADMT rules

A company whose software makes significant decisions about people and has to meet California’s automated decisionmaking rules from 1 January 2027: the notice, the opt-out, the decision log.

ADMT compliance engineering

You make the introduction. We do the rest.

One relevant note, sent by a person, that says who sent us. No sales sequence.

  1. Tell us who and why

Your details, theirs, and a line on what they need. Only introduce people who know you are passing their details on; the form asks you to confirm it.

  2. A person writes to them

The site sends them nothing automatically. Someone on our team writes to them, says you introduced us, and asks whether a conversation would be useful.

  3. They decide

If there is a fit, it goes the way every engagement does: a scoping call, then a written, itemised estimate. If we are not the right fit, we tell them so.

Make the introduction.

It takes about a minute. What happens to the details you send:

  • Their details go to our team by email and into our CRM, and are used only to contact them about this introduction
  • Nothing is sent to them automatically: the first message they get is from a person
  • You get one short email confirming we received the introduction
  • If they would rather not hear from us, that is the end of it
